Sneak preview😜💦🐾

Not posted in a while, as we’ve been busy with a new venture that we truly hope some of our existing customers will enjoy. We have just taken delivery of a large above ground swimming pool💦 This will be indoors, heated and available for you to book for you and your dogs🐾

We’ve been working hard to convert one of the buildings on our yard and hope to be open by the start of April.

It is literally just down the road from Buttercup and Willow Fields, a two minute drive😉🙂

We’re very excited about this as it’s something we’ve dreamed about for a few years, but was put on the back burner for numerous reasons.

We truly hope people and most importantly their dogs will love it…..a chance to bond, a chance to swim together and have the best time❤️💦❤️

A heads up for anyone booked into Buttercup Field……we’ve sadly had a massive Willow tree come down on the fence just inside the gate🥺😩 We were alerted to it this morning, by two customers….the person who was in Buttercup at the time and the person in Willow Field. Many thanks to both of you😊

We have made the field secure for now, but please be aware that we will need to get back in when our friend with a mahoosive chainsaw is available 😜😬😅 In the interim please just be mindful, that if you have a real escapologist they could if really desperate use the fallen tree to scale the fence🫣🫣🙄🙄🥺🐾🐾

Will test it with our very own escape artist in the morning….if it’s Lisa proof, it should be fine for most dogs😅😅😬🐾🐾

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas 🎄🎄😜🥰 and we’d like to wish all our customers, two and four legged a very merry Christmas 🎄🎁🎄🎁🐾❤️

With that in mind the field shelter in Willow Field is decorated and ready for you lovely people to get some great photos of you and your dogs! 🐾🐾🎄🎄

Running a competition again this year….but slightly different to last year. So, for the chance to win 3 free 60 minute slots in the field of your choice, i.e. Willow or Buttercup please take a photo of your dog, or dogs and add a caption and post on here! This year we’re looking for the most amusing photo and caption 😜😅

We have an independent judging panel, so it’s not just down to mine and Jane’s sense of humour🙈🙈🤪😜😂🤣

Looking forward to seeing your photos and captions…..let’s have a laugh this Christmas 🎄🐾🎄🐾🎁

P.S. Sadly, we won’t be decorating Buttercup Field…..the weather being a determining factor in our decision🫣🫣😬🥺

Well as I’m sure you’re all aware we had a few spots of rain yesterday 😜😂😂🌧️☔️

The result is that Buttercup Field now has water in all the ditches and the ponds…..Willow Field ponds are also full again. Lots of fun to be had for the water loving dogs🥰🐾

Before and after shots…..this morning versus this afternoon 🥰

Finally, we’ve had the grass cut in both fields….so, say goodbye to searching for dog💩 in knee high grass🙈🙄😅

I know some of you will be pleased it’s been cut, but I love the long grass, as do my dogs…..so I’m always a little sad when we cut it🫣

It was way overdue though and hopefully will grow a bit before the cold weather stops the new growth😬😊

No cold stuff in the forecast this week though….fine, fine, fine 😎☀️⛅️🌥️🌤️and a lovely temperature for us humans and our dogs.

What a difference a day makes…..after yesterday’s ☔️☔️💧🌧️🌧️

Today has been perfect dog walking weather, not too hot, but dry😅🐾

Tomorrow, it’s Bank Holiday and the forecast is for another perfect day to get out with your best four legged friends….🐕🐶🐾

We have slots available in Willow Field after midday and later on in the day in Buttercup 🤗

These will be taken in the next few hours, so if you fancy a chilled, stress free walk tomorrow have a look and book a slot😊🐕🐾

Forecast is a bit dodgy for today and tomorrow but there’s spaces available in both fields. So, if you’re not a football or tennis fan why not enjoy a relaxing walk!🐾🐾

Happy summer solstice 🌞

Finally looks like summer has arrived, with next weeks forecast looking sunny and hot☀️

So, it seemed a good time to remind everyone about our opening hours🤗

Both fields are open daily from 6am and last bookings are at 9pm in Buttercup Field and 9.30pm in Willow. So there’s plenty of early morning times available and late evenings….just in case we get really hot weather!

Willow Field has the benefit of two large natural ponds. So great for your dogs to keep cool and enjoy their walks. Both ponds have duck w**d on them at the moment and some people have asked if it’s safe. It definitely is safe and actually helps prevent algae from forming.

So, why not make the most of a good weather forecast and book your four legged family a slot. In fact why not book two slots back to back and take a picnic🥪🍉🍓🧋🥤🍹🐾🐾🤗
