We welcomed the gorgeous Peppa XL Bully and Alex the Poodle to the pool yesterday with their family🥰🐾💦

We’re really proud to be fully inclusive at Suffolk Swim Free and it was lovely to see both dogs enjoying the pool. We were adamant that we wanted to allow all dogs an equal opportunity to swim and spent weeks finding an insurer that would cover us for XL Bully’s. I think the video shows it was worth the extra effort😊

It’s fair to say that Peppa loved her swim, Alex was a bit less sure about the wet stuff. The smiles on the faces of their humans sums up what it means to them to give the same opportunity for fun as any other dog❤️🐾💦

🐾 Meet Hugo! 🐾

This lovely 4-year-old pup had a less-than-positive experience swimming in a river recently, which left him a bit unsure around water. His wonderful family decided to help him rebuild his confidence by bringing him along to a session in our pool — and just look at him go! 🐶💦

With a bit of encouragement and a safe, controlled environment, Hugo is well on his way to enjoying the water again. We’re so proud of his progress! 💙
