I am so pleased to say Dotty about Dogs has reached 9 months old 😊

I feel so fortunate to be doing a job I love walking and taking care of wonderful dogs who are all special and unique in their own way and I love them all.

This is Matrix movie star Keanu Reeves. His father abandoned him at 3 years old and grew up with 3 different stepfathers. He is dyslexic. His dream of becoming a hockey player was shattered by a serious accident. His daughter died at birth. His wife died in a car accident. His best friend, River Phoenix, died of an overdose. His sister battled leukemia.

In 1997 some paparazzi found him walking one morning in the company of a homeless man in Los Angeles, listening to him and sharing his life for a few hours.

This man could buy everything, and instead every day he gets up and chooses one thing that cannot be bought.

Today I have said fairwell to this beautiful boy 🐶

I have been doing solo walks with him for around 10 weeks and we have built up quite a special bond 💕

He is strong, very scent driven, loves water, toys and fetching the ball

He has such a beautiful soul and I’m really going to miss him 🫶🏻

Whoever becomes Max’s next dog walker is one very lucky person 🐾 😊

I still have availability on Tuesday’s so I have decided to move away from the villages and base myself in the WR3 area of Worcester between the hours of 9.30 am - 13.30 pm every Tuesday.

I am happy to collect your pooch or walk from where you live.

WHY AM I A DOG WALKER?

Apart from the fact I love dogs 🐕 I used to be a nurse and have spent my whole working life looking after people be that in the care or hospitality sectors 😊

I am also a Wife to James and Mum to Austin :)

Several years ago I decided I wanted to spend more time with my family be able to do the school runs and attend assemblies without that guilty feeling

It was then that I entered the administration world which fulfilled some of those requirements but… there was still something missing

4 years on my son now 8 and doesn’t quite need me in the same way we decided it was time to get Dotty our beautiful Cockerpoo

Dotty has stolen all of our ❤️ and has definitely become the 4th family member

My other passions in life are walking and nature

For years now I have wanted to combine my passions with a career that has flexibility and fits around my family

Getting Dotty has not only completed our family but has given me the inspiration and drive to start ….

This week has been a bit different due to bank holiday and half term so I have made the most of my time with my friends and family🫶🏻

I’ve seen a few of my furry friends but I’m really looking forward to seeing the rest of the Dotty about Dogs crew this week it’s been a little quiet without them 🐶🐾💕
