This is awful, devastating, heartbreaking, no words can describe how angry this makes me- I’m disgusted with why some humans do to animals…
They deserve to be loved not abused and used!!! Please help this stop and help this little one with her pups 🐶

LARA, ANOTHER VICTIM OF BACKYARD BREEDING

We received an emergency call yesterday from a local authority licensing team asking us for urgent help with Lara, an American Bully girl who desperately needed a safe space.

She has terribly swollen, bleeding and infected cropped ears which are very painful, and she is underweight. Unbelievably, she is also feeding her litter of four-week-old puppies.

We had no kennel space but managed to have a move around. Despite the cards she has been dealt, Lara is the sweetest girl and has stolen our hearts already.

The number of American Bullies coming through our doors is crazy right now; this breed has been used and abused so much by backyard breeders and they are now paying the price.

The number coming in with cropped ears is also at an all-time high, which makes the UK Government’s failure to progress the even harder to comprehend.

The breed is in crisis, and we urge anyone looking to buy an American Bully to either rescue, or not buy one at all and stop fuelling the demand.

Our kennels are full to bursting and all our resources are stretched, but we’re committed to being here for dogs like Lara and her pups. We are their last hope.

Today is my last day of feeding these beautiful feline babies- it’s been so lovely and today their loved family are coming back from a weeks holiday in the sun - So, if you ask me; Do you look after and feed cats, YES 🙌 i do that too!! 🐈⭐️

❤️🐶 A lovely Beagle update! 🐶❤️
Recently, we recieved a phone call about a group of Beagles who desperately needed to be saved as if no rescue could take them, they were due to be shot within a matter of days. Many Tears were asked to help but unfortunately we were full and couldn't see how we could create enough space to take them in. Hearing about their plight our amazing fosterers stepped up to help and took extra dogs into foster to create enough space at the rescue to bring them in. Beagle lovers on Facebook also heard of their story and we were blown away by how many people showed kindness and support and offered to help them.
They have now arrived with us and are settling in well and we are ready to take applications to adopt them. We hope that there are plenty of Beagle lovers out there who would like to offer them a forever home! We have named them all with names centred around the word "Hope", as for these lovely dogs their future is now full of Hope.
Beagles are a wonderful breed, but do best in homes with people who have Beagle experience and we find that ex-breeding Beagles are generally much happier with other dogs around too. These Beagles will be by donation.
