We want to raise awareness of proper rabbit care - rabbits are often bought without proper research. Rabbits are a bit commitment. They can live for 10-12 years, and require as much time and attent

ion as a dog or cat. They're very independent, and very often don't like being picked up and carried around, they need time and space to build up a trusting bond with their owners. They also love bunny company, and VERY importantly, they really need space! A hutch really is not enough. We would also like to promote the importance of rabbit rescue and re-homing.. And, the last reason for creating this page......................................

Billy 🌈 2016 - 1 April 2024

His time in his ridiculously furry body has come to an end. Billy died in our arms last night after falling ill at the weekend. He was a truly special boy, a companion to Effie and then Bea, and now he rejoins Effie in the stars ✨ So grateful to have known and loved this beautiful, furry, messy beastie. Love you always, little Billy.

Billy was off his food late on Saturday evening. He was sent home from the emergency vets yesterday evening, the vet said he was comfortable and that was eating and p**ping and they were happy with his progress (said he'd been seen several times with hay in his mouth, yes I thought that sounds like my boy!). However when I got him home he was very drowsy, lethargic and not eating at all. I called the vets back and they said his pain meds would make him drowsy and it should wear off in a couple of hours. A couple of hours later he died. We're heartbroken to have lost him and grateful to have given him a safe and loving home over the last 8 years. 💙
