Do you have a dog in need of microchipping?

Worcester Regulatory Services are holding some free drop-in events locally.

It is a legal requirement for all dogs to be microchipped, so don’t miss out on the opportunity to have them done for free.

With temperatures forecast to reach 31 degrees on Saturday, we have made the decision to CANCEL the dog show at the Whittington Summer Fayre.

Our four legged friends’ welfare is top priority, and we do not want to encourage people to bring their dogs out in the heat of the day!

We hope you all understand, and will still visit to support the show. But please do leave your dogs at home ☀️

GRASS SEEDS!! Please share…

We’ve found a fair few pesky grass seeds hidden away between toes lately!

Please do check your dogs after walks in long grass as they can actually burrow down into the skin and cause problems such as infections.

Remember to check your dog thoroughly, but the most common places to find them are between the toes, ears, legs, and armpits, and even corners of the eye and up their noses too!
