It’s a long one…Bruno, Sydney, Simba and Sally. Living and loving life, they were partners in crime..Not sure which one won the muddiest pooch, although I think it was Sally.🐾🤣🤣🥰🐾
Well what can I say about tonight’s classes. Amazing, yes that’s it amazing!
Ozzy - perfect 1 minute down, he enjoyed the hide and seek game, preferred finding a treat than his toy, we made progress tonight🐾🤩🐾
Puppies - Peggy, Daisy, Skye and Odin, showing off their ‘go to bed’, lovely loose lead walking and downs. Their owners are nailing it.🐾🥰🐾
Fern and Bobby - We’re working on ‘Good Citizenship’. We had fun with hide and seek, figure of 8 and working on our 1 minute stays.🐾🥰🐾
Thank you for putting in the work with your fur buddies. Patience and persistence, small steps and most importantly keep it fun.
I am chuffed to bits with the progress these two beauts have made with boarding and being out with other dogs. It’s all about the trust - they trust I have their backs and I’ll keep them safe. 🐾A sprinkle of patience, love, kindness and reassurance🐾🥰🐾
A little snippet of puppy graduation class for Fern and Bobby. You are little superstars in the making and your owners are going to have lots of fun in progression classes. Congratulations on passing your puppy foundation course.
Next puppy course starts Wednesday 13th November at 6pm. Just TWO spaces left.

Covering the training sessions this week for Cumbria Canine Services, it was a blast - Mix class of Bronze and Silver Good Citzenship, the fur buddies were awesome and of course their handlers. We finished with some free shaping, I think I wore out both fur buddies and handlers.🐾🥰🐾
Training fun
Tonight was so much fun. Love my cpd at Cumbria Canine Services. At 5pm I teach a progression class and they totally aced it, so much so I was extremely proud to show their fabulous hard work off to Jody. Then it was my turn to be learner and I’m happy to say Sally is coming along nicely, I have some co-ordination practice to do, by joining in the class I get to know and feel how awkward it is for others when asking them to do the tasks with their dog. It’s good to remember that sometimes it’s easier said than done. Enjoy the video a fun way to do heel work, recall and focus.🐾😊🐾
First night of progression classes and the new puppy course. Owners and fur buddies were totally awesome. Well done Ozzy for being calmer, fabulous sits and downs by Fern and Bobby, last but not least beautiful loose lead walking by Ted, he got to try some tricks. Pawrents don’t forget to do your homework🐾😊🐾
This weeks walks focussed on dogs being off lead, working on recall, off lead walking and a couple of the walks socialization for the more nervous dogs amongst the bunch. As you can see all of the dogs had free time to enjoy their own space, use their nose to gain information about their environment as some of the walks were new to the dogs. 🐾😊🐾
Decided to have a bring my dog to work kind of day. Started with Simba and Orla, then Simba, Poppy and T’Challa. Then it was Sally’s turn and she was amazing with Buddy, I’m pleased he has a new friend he can go out with, finished it with Sally and Frankie who is currently boarding. It was a busy day but fabulous the dogs had a great time and the weather was a welcome change.🐾😊🐾
Meet Nala, Karl and Jason. I have been doing welfare checks with these little cuties for a few weeks to bond with them. Today was their debut walk and they were fabulous🐾😍🐾
‘Easy Peasy’ tired puppy. Tonight we worked on Loose lead walking, introducing different objects, some shaping, food manners and “leave it’. Tia was zonked by the end, Ozzy is working on being focused on his owner and loose lead walking.
Next puppy course starts 9th October, 6pm at Distington Community Centre.
