* NEW DATES ADDED BOTH FULMAR WAY & KILTON *

We are super excited to announce that due to the success of our socialising classes, we are carrying on running them until the end of the year (weather on the day depending).

We hold a session on Fulmar Way in Gateford at 9am on a Saturday and again at 10:30 on Kilton Golf Course field. These are all bookable and payable online.

These classes are designed for anyone and everyone who wants to learn the basics of socialising and settling their dog while around others (both people and other dogs). We have had some roaring success stories and are thrilled to have been part of them. With just 6 people per class, we work closely with each individual and the issues they face while issuing small tasks to work on to build calmness and confidence while eventually coming together at the end. Reactive dogs are also welcome. We have a VERY controlled environment within the class setting.

Senior Officer Vespa looking like he'd do a fine job of diverting traffic 😂.

Vespa is only a pup and is the most serious looking guy we've come across in a while, that is until he finds some water and then, well 😳😳😳.

If anyone needs traffic diverting, assistance with a rowdy crowd or someone to have your back Vespa is your guy!

On Saturday 12th October we're planning to host a Dog First Aid and CPR certificate. And can't wait!

In this 4 hour workshop, Dani from Dog First Aid Training Ltd will teach you how to deal with common first aid emergencies such as bleeds, burns, shock, heat stroke, seizures, gastric torsion and much more!

CPD accredited and certificated, you will receive a course notebook, a handbook, a certificate and a CPR card. Light refreshments will also be provided.

This event is designed at the every day dog owner alongside veterinary professionals and people who work with dogs.

We do love a good day out in the sunshine. With snow last week and sun this week we don't know if we're coming or going! It's a bit chilly out though 🥶

We are experiencing a lot of last minute cancellations at the moment. We normally have a very solid booking system for weeks in advance so it's very rare for us to have last minute appointments. We wasn't sure Bear had remembered how to get upright for a moment! This big lad comes to us for daycare and is one of the most changed dogs we've had in. One form of training I absolutely love to work on is threshold training. Laying down safety ground rules around open doors and what is expected and when you have visitors or need to take in a parcel. WELCOME TO OUR REBRAND! I have been COMPLETELY blown away by the mass of support I have had over the changes here to The Woof Hub. It's been the toughest decision to ever have to make. Admitting you were wrong to go down a particular path and have the courage to turn round and go back has taken me some balls I can tell you that! And again, rebranding hasn't come lightly but Total Dog completely streamlines my future and that of the services we will continue to proudly offer here. The rebrand will take place over the next couple of weeks and by the 1st August we will be going live with the name change. It will be sad to loose The Woof Hub but it no longer feels right to me and no longer streamlines what we do and how we can advertise that we do it. I truly hope you like it ❤️
