Since established over ten years ago, Bone Canis have been a modern, force-free team that uses science-backed methods.
We are proud members of and/or have been certified by: The Association of INTODogs ; The Pet Professional Guild British Isles; The Dog Welfare Alliance; CAM advocate; British College of Canine Studies; Doggone Safe Educator; IMDT; ISCP, and the UK Dog Behaviour And Training Charter.

Mark has a degree-level qualification in Advanced Canine Behaviour from Animal Jobs Direct. He serves as Vice-Chair for INTODogs, and he is the Patron of German Shepherd Dog Welfare Fund. He has an extensive, multi-faceted background in working with dogs that spans over 30 years. During this time, he has also worked with a variety of rescues, and his main aim is to help people and their dogs using a professional, force-free, kind, and safe approach that focuses on the welfare of the dog.

The team consists of qualified, experienced and ethical people who have your dog's welfare in mind throughout the whole of your training or behaviour sessions...

Our qualified and accredited behaviourists (Mark, Lucy and Kate) can see you online anywhere in the world, and we can also see you ‘in person’ in West Sussex and most of Surrey too.

Our qualified and accredited trainers (Holly and Lucy) are able to help you ‘in person’ too, if you are unable to attend one of our classes.

We have a few training-class options:
Monday evenings in Storrington: 6pm for puppies and 7pm for dog club (£65 for the 4 week course);

Tuesday evenings in Durrington: 6pm for puppies and 7pm for dog club (£65 for the 4 week course);

Tuesday mornings in Goring: 9.30am, small group training-walks (£18 per walk);

Wednesday evenings in Wisborough Green: 6pm for a recall (£65 for the 4 week course);

Wednesday evenings in Wisborough Green: 7pm for jump club agility (£65 for the 4 week course);

Thursday mornings in various locations within 15 mins of Pulborough: 10.30am, small group training-walks (£18 per walk);
Thursday evening in Durrington - 6pm for novice trick-training and 7pm for intermediate trick-training. (£65 for the 4 week course);

Saturday mornings in Wisborough Green: 9.30am for puppies and 10.30am for dog club (£65 for the 4 week course);

Saturday mornings in Durrington: 9.30am for puppies and 10.30am for dog-club (£65 for the 4 week course);

Saturday mornings in Wisborough Green: 11.30am for beginner's agility (£65 for the 4 week course)...

We also have a brand new adolescent class starting in February too.
