As we approach our busiest time of year here are a few reminders

🐾 Please only send what your dog needs for their stay. When we are full our space is limited. If you can portion their food for us that’s a big help.

🐾 Please don’t send bowls we provide them.

🐾 We provide beds and blankets for every dog.

🐾 Please let us know of any changes to food/exercise/emergency contact. A little note in with their belongings is great.

🐾 Please label all medication and send instructions

🐾 Please try to drop your dogs off between 1-3pm and collect them between 9am and 12noon. Please message us the day before to let us know what time they are arriving/being collected. Anything outside of these times must be arranged prior to stay and a fee will be added for late pick up or early drop off

🐾 All vaccinations must be up to date and your dog cannot stay until 14 days after injections. Please send us a photo on your vaccination card when your dog has their boosters for our records

We are now full May Half term and we have very limited availability over summer holidays. If you’re not booked in already please don’t delay as we hate turning customers away but unfortunately it happens every year! We only have so much room at the inn! ❤️🐾

Business as usual from Tuesday 6th May
