It was a pleasure to do some work on James Nisbets white Strat.
Job: Replace saddles for Titanium and 5way switch. Slight route on body under bridge pup. Copper shield all cavities. Rewire switch and pups. Level and crown frets and nut work. Full setup.
Great to hear him playing it on collection 👍🤘

It's done Marko😀

I had to modify the standard body quite a bit but got the Filtertrons in there nicely.
The neck is one piece flame maple, very reasonably priced, from China. Took a little longer to arrive than expected and it wasn't the best finish and the frets were crap but I was going to reshape, refinish and stainless steel refret it anyway so didn't matter. Superb and beautiful bit of wood though and good solid truss rod.

Love the sound of these pickups in a Telecaster - Thanks for the inspiration Marko😘
Just ordered parts for another one😉

If anyone out there would like me to build them something similar, at a good price, please get in touch.

Body arrived today for my attempt to build a guitar similarish to one I did up recently for Marko Flyss. TV Jones Cabronita. If it sounds half as good as his when completed I'll be well happy. Just got to work out how I'm going to squeeze 2 Filtertron pups in. I'll put a picture up when it's all done Marko😀

Supra bass just finished work on for Tony Dodd.
Job: Drill out bridge and body and add ferrules to make through body stringing. Replace pots and cap. Very nice little short scale bass 😀

Done yet another stainless steel refret, for Tim Morton this time, on one of his Stratocasters. Also fixed electrics on his Fernandes Sustainer guitar that had stopped sustaining properly.

Returned these guitars to Marko and Connor Flyss today. MJT relic Telecaster Cabronita and Gibson Flying V. Both lovely guitars. Cabronita sounds stunning😘

It was a real pleasure to hear Julian Emery playing his customised Telecaster when he picked it up yesterday. Sounded great! He had pretty much the whole guitar worked on including neck overhall with 3mm stainless frets including re-radius and electronics and hardware. I've included a before and some after pics.

Fender decal, LSR nut, Dimarzio DP384, Gotoh low profile bridge with Ti compensated saddles, Stainless steel fretwire 3.0mm, CTS high grade pots-one push/pull, gold control plate, 3way Oak Grigsby pup selector, Sprague .22 cap, 3ply pickguard, button felts

Labour:
Disassemble guitar and clean parts to go back on,
Neck - radius fingerboard from 7.25 to 10”, cut slot for LSR. Remove wood stain, refret, refinish with satin nitro.
Body etc - Total rewire with new pup and new parts. rewire neck pup to correct phase (and wax pot as squealing) , replace pickguard. Full copper screening. Side fill loose neck pocket.
General – Setup including levelling and crowning frets
