Funky Friday night for the girls 💃🐎
Tonight we let the girls have a play in the arena. It’s very entertaining watching them, they are polar opposites-Holly jumps for fun and would go all day, Tanora knows her job and only does what she needs to 😂 its nice to let them relax and play like this, and encouraging to see them feeling so well and thriving in their work. After all, happy and healthy horses are what we strive for!

Hollywood Harmon and Tanora cruising along out hacking this morning, they even helped us pick up a parcel on the way back home 😂 we try to expose our horses to as much as possible, they learn to stand to open and close gates out hacking, get used to a lot of livestock and different traffic- which not only makes their work more varied but also prepares them for a new career when they eventually retire from racing 🥰🐎

A productive morning for the pointers 🐎

Hollywood Harmon and Tanora hit the roads bright and early for some hillwork and then Jardin Carre had a session in the school 💃

After a quick bath 🧼 they’re now enjoying a well deserved, quiet afternoon grazing in the field 🌾
Very pleased with them all today 👏🏼🐎

Brilliant to get Teapot out again today in company! Paddy was mischievous as ever with some acrobatics! Safe to say I had the easier ride 😂

Teapot left us with no concerns about her jumping ability. A free school in the arena today saw her see some obstacles for only the second time and she soon had it all figured out! She was an absolute pleasure to work with: An extremely intelligent mare with the most gentle nature!

Open day 2024

We had a wonderful time at our open day today! 🥂The horses all behaved impeccably well 🐎 big thanks to Pippa Jean Brown for coming to ride Hollywood Harmon, Paula Howell for the delicious catering and to Consort Equine Therapies for their brilliant water treadmill demonstration with our giant Jardin Carre! Thank you all for your ongoing support 💪🏼🐎

A busy morning this morning at Foulrice! All the pointers officially back in work and the new yards starting to run like clockwork now we are settled! Thank you Consort Equine Therapies and Darking Land & Garden Services Ltd for all the support over the last few weeks.
