Well, what a weekend at White Rose Polo Club!
Teams from near and far competed for 3 trophies in what was a fantastic, exciting and very competitive display of polo at all levels.
* The Summit Cup VL4 Goal was won by Summit.
Most valuable player was Charlie Knott
* The Jolly Roger Cup was won by Anglo Asian Mining
Most valuable player was Isabelle Fall
* Presidents Rose Bowl ended in a draw for teams Summititos and Catfoss
Most Valuable Player was Seb Funes

We were all treated to some amazing polo at White Rose Polo Club today. Players from clubs across the country were competing for a place in the final of The Jolly Roger Cup and The Summit Cup (Victor Ludorum).

Matches start at 10:30 on Saturday. Spectators are welcome so bring a picnic and friends and enjoy a spectacular weekend of polo.

‼️Experienced Groom Wanted‼️

We’re looking for an experienced, friendly groom to mainly look after a 1 goal Patron’s horses playing the VL 4 goal and other torments this season. You’ll also assist with our young horses, school ponies as part of our friendly supportive team. Based at White Rose Polo Club in Yorkshire, we’re offering a competitive wage. This role is initially till the end of the season but we are open to making it full time for the right applicant. Position starts within 2 weeks.

It is just a little over a week till our Ladies' Day on the 9th September and we're all very excited. This year our event is being held in aid of Prostate Cancer UK. Prostate Cancer has overtaken breast cancer to become the third deadliest type of the disease in Britain. We need to raise money to help advances in research, screening and treatment! Come and support our Ladies’ day and raise money for this worthwhile cause. The weather may have stopped us the first time but we can’t wait to welcome you all along on 9th September for an even bigger and better event! Tickets are £15 pp and can be purchased before hand or on the gate on the day. We will offer a group discount for 5+ people when tickets are pre booked! Please contact the polo office for more details! 01430 875767. There will be some lovely retail stalls, a fabulous raffle and much more to go alongside some fast and furious polo matches.
