Phew - busy time of the year! I was lucky enough to photograph the adorable Boris & Nelly on the weekend, even though it was (very lightly) raining. What a joy they are but I hadn't anticipated the amount of skin movement as they ran!!! It did have some hilarious results though ;) Paula Spalding

I'm lucky enough to be able to photograph dogs in their golden years. Ziva is a beautiful dog enjoying her well-deserved retirement in Guernsey. She's in an extremely loving home and she may not be winning any more races but she won my heart

There's something special about photographing rescue dogs and little Ebony was adorable. She took a shine to the camera and delighted in showing off, trying to get me to chase her all over the beach!

What a fantastic afternoon for some pet photography! And what a subject - an adorable Leonberger. If you gave me the choice between photographing babies and puppies I know what I'd choose almost every time ;)
