• Disassemble and Assemble vehicles to rectify issues with vehicles.
• Identify and source for parts where necessary.
• Use good judgment to decide when damaged parts can be safely repaired for cost and cycle time savings.
• Perform quality repair work that meets dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Ensure the job done is billed appropriately.
• Upon completion, ensure quality control checks before the customers pick up their vehicles.
• Test drive the vehicle and provide an assessment.
• Listen to customer complaints and receive the job.
• Other duties that may be assigned according to expertise.
Experience and Qualifications:
• Must have the ability to drive (Show Driver’s License).
• Must hold a Degree in Automobile Engineering.
• Knowledge of estimation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and work under pressure

• Ability to travel on long journeys and work at night

Technical Requirements
• Review invoices, disbursements processed by AP Team in Concur, COMPAS (Microsoft Sharepoint) and ERP Systems such as Great Plains, to ensure accuracy and tax compliance
• Review invoices according to AP policies including Procure to pay policy, ensuring tax compliance and invoice tracking
• Responsible for supervising and training the AP team to process accurate and timely invoices and responding appropriately to internal and external inquiries
• Ensure contract / purchase order tracker is updated prior to payment
• Coordinate with Contract Management team on a regular basis
• Supervise the team in maintaining and setting up new vendors
• Assist with month end closing processes and audit.
• Analyze AP transactions and reconcile the account balances to AP GL accounts
*Experience and Qualifications:*
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field/ or equivalent experience.
• Relevant professional qualification;
CPA/CA/ACCA or equivalent experience.
• Five to ten (5-10) years' relevant experience in a similar organization.
• Solid understanding of accounting and accounts payable principles, internal controls, tax compliance.
• Full cycle Accounts Payable expertise.
• Expert in Microsoft Excel and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to ERP systems (Great Plains and/or Concur or other) would be an asset.
• Experience managing teams is an added advantage.
• Keen attention to details and analytical skills.
