🖤 Even though it has been almost a year since little Sophie was last at the Camp 🏡 , I'm delighted to report that she adjusted in no time, she remembered all her friends and enjoyed a lot of hugs, kisses & games! 🤗 😻
🙏🏻 I'm super grateful to her lovely Mom for trusting me again 💕 🤘🏻

📆 It was some +-18 years ago when I went out for a walk after a heavy shift at the Veterinary clinic I was working. The only thing I wanted was to put my headphones on, walk & not think about cats for just a couple hours.
💫 Fate had different plans though, as just around the corner, I found these 2 babies alone in a building patio, a couple meters away from a busy avenue, one blind.
Of course I had to rescue them. 💜
🎆 From that day on, they went on to have a magnificent life! They starred as the "enemy" in the infamous movie 🎥,.played at the Oscars screening, moved to the Netherlands🌷and were adopted by the most amazing gentleman ever!
🐾They became his life, inspiration and companions for the next 17 years, he gave them all the love in the world. Last month, within a couple of weeks from each other, the twins passed the 🌈 rainbow bridge and I will be forever grateful for the amazing life they had.
May all ex strays have their luck 🤞🏻

I'm so grateful to my friend 🙏🏻 that made this possible, not only for Lola but for many more cats in the past 🥰🥰🥰 It wouldn't be possible without you 💋 💝

👑 A real life Lion Kitten, amazing little Odin stayed in our Camp 🏡 for the first time this week and we had a blast! 😸
He is playful, purely and sassy! 😃😀 And above all, super lucky, because a wonderful family saved him from the streets and he will be safe forever 🙏🏻
🧡 Thank you for your trust and I look forward to hosting this little guy again in the future 🤗!

🇱🇹 All the way from beautiful Lithuania, the gorgeous Devon Rex kitten, Lucifer, stayed with us at the Camp 🏡 for the first time! 😃
We had an amazing time together, he adapted in no time, he made friends and enjoyed so many hugs & kisses!
🐾 I'm super proud & thankful his Mom & Dad trusted me with his care, I know how hard it is to leave your kitty with a stranger for the first time, but I'm happy they did, cause Luci enjoyed every single moment, and so did I !!⭐

🏔️ Winter is going to be harsh in the mountains for this amazing baby beauty. Unfortunately in most parts of the countryside, animals are not receiving attention & care. Sometimes, actually, quite the opposite.
We cannot save them all and that hurts 😔

💒 Don't forget that in the Camp 🏡, we are appropriately experienced & equipped for dealing with special requirements such as : kittens that need to be separated from adult cats, special needs, scared cats that want their space etc 😊

🎈 This gorgeous baby boy was rescued by volunteers, had his eyes salvaged, he grew healthy & super happy, so now he is looking for a forever loving home! 🏠

🧿 Every Greek animal welfare page on the internet is flooding with a new trend: "Animal lovers" taking pictures of stray, injured, sick animals on the street and say "ah, super SOS, someone help this poor animal" 😭 and then they go their own way happy with themselves.
🌪️That way they are creating a sense of guilt to every true animal lover out there who has already spent endless time, effort, money and space to the sick & injured they (and others) have come across.
❓Do you think we have more free time than you? More space in our homes? More money? No. We just have more empathy and more determination. 💪🏻
So put your cameras 🤳🏻 down and actually do something.

🗽Gorgeous little Kali was rescued in Milos island by a wonderful young lady who subsequently adopted her and brought her back to NY City for a life she never dreamed of! These kind of stray rescue stories make my heart ❤️ melt and give me hope for the future! 💪🏻
😻 I'm very happy Camp 🏡 was part of this and I wish Kali and her Mom a beautiful life togetherr!! Thank you for your trust 🙏🏻🌷
