Another big step for Mimi🎉🎉🎉🎉

As she gets confused fast because of all the noises, barks, cars planes, etc, when I leave her on the floor, she tends to walk in directions, not knowing where to go.

So I decided we are going to be on the lead for now, and she understood the mission. Not completely, but proudly she walked with me....

I'm so proud of this Supergirl.

If I can get food up until the next year, that would be fantastic!!! I need 2,5 bags a day, that is 75 bags per month.

Good morning my Doggie Besties 💜🐾

Here we have little Izzy, who was in the clinic for many days, but feels much better again, stealing food from a bag I just put down for a bit. I let her because she was a good girl.

You see, aunty Suzanne Vonk passed by to drop some things off, and after another car stopped.

Gypsies.... 🙄

If I would give them a dog for the kids. Me laughing, nope. As sweet as Izzy was to aunty Suzanne, not here nope... Growling, barking, not on my watch she said.

The mother trying to distract me, the father walking around, me eyeballing the father as they are bold enough to cut a hole in the fence and run off with one, but nope.

Not with me today sir, now bu**er off.

And they did. Saying something in Roma language, me mumbling: "you better", and Izzy still behaving like a Doberman.

The drove off, and then we had the third arrival...... Jumbo order with the tarps and two boxes for the dogs I ordered. Pictures later...

Izzy is now sleeping in her box, as she still gets tired fast after her stay in the clinic.

Chaotic morning, but good to see the dogs know who to trust. They amaze me and make me proud every day, and for that exact reason, i want to give them the best.

So slowly i invest in good things for them, so they can be happy dogs. Thanks to you all.

Good morning my Doggie Besties,

From beautiful, gorgeous Stevie, who is snoozing in a tiny ray of sun if it is out!

Look at that satisfied grin..... What a lovely , sweet boy he is.

Although he can't see, he notices everything, when other dogs try to steal his food, as he eats on his own pace, he'll get angry and scares them off.

He's just gorgeous. I so wish a good home for him, he so deserves it.

URGENTLY NEEDED!!!

We are in urgent need of:

Drontal worm treatment (I've tried cheaper options, but not effective at all)

Advantix flea treatment (this is also for sandflies, Leishmania mosquitoes)

Flea spray for the puppies.

Food.....as always

Adoption agencies.

As I'm having around 70 dogs now, it is really costing a lot. Per dog every 3-4 months about 10€ for the flea and worm treatments.

The puppies do not cost that much this time, but will cost more in 3 months.

Spread over a year this will cost 2200€-2800€.

Food is costing about 25€ a day (2,5 bags a day) which costs about 9000€ a year. So only for this, no vet bills, boxes, cleaning stuff etc, it cost me around 11.500 a year.

That is about 31€ a day, which is a daily Greek wage.

I do not necessarily want to get money. If you order the products I need somewhere, and ship it to me, that is fine too. But I do need help with this, because especially the worms with this weather (bit rain, moist etc) can make the dogs very sick.

I have also looked at this scalibor collar for dogs for a whole year but they cost around 30€ .

Also I want to know if there are reliable adoption agencies for dogs abroad, like Germany, Holland, France, UK, that can help with adoptions. If you know of any, please send me a pm.

Please share this post as much as you can, because I really believe that more people are able to help, but don't see the posts...

Good evening my Doggie Besties 💜🐾

We have been busy putting the slabs in the kennels, and as it is heavy work, a break sometimes is needed.

The dogs have been digging, so I need to carry sand from outside in and the slabs need to be carried to the kennels.

Then I have to throw the sand in, make things a bit equal (the kennels are not straight let's say, but as much as I can I'll fix it), and then one by one the slabs go in, 34 per kennel.

In my break, I use the best pillow I can find in the house, a white and brown one with 4 legs and a tail.

What a passionate yawn again!!!

In a bit I'm going to finish the job, and then sleepy time to continue tomorrow again.

Imwas waiting with working in the night time till my outside lamps were installed, but after waiting so long, i gave up in it being done by the one who said he'll do it, and im trying to find someone else who can install them.

If you know anyone who knows how to install things on a solar system, please let me know.,

Mimi's box has arrived las Saturday and she is a fan!! Relaxed, cozy, shiny and proud!! This girl feel so much more confident and most important...... No shaking!!

Progress with Mimi is slow, but little big things like not shaking is actually huge and a baby step closer to become more dog.

We will get there Mimi, keep on telling what you need, I'll listen and observe and I will make it easier for you.

Thank you all for helping me help her. This is so nice to see, and it really works too, she doesn't even lift her head when I'm accidentally kicking an iron bucket that was in front of me. And now I'm even more proud because an airplane just flew over with that heavy sound she dislikes so much and she is still calm!!
