Blu is having her 12th birthday today at European Open - for which she qualified twice but didn’t go, she went twice but didn’t compete. 😛
What have we done the past months... One movie, one commercial and with 9y Zoe at A0, gaining a 3rd place! A lot of things for a 12y border collie, but mostly playing, walks and being with us wherever possible.
Happy and healthy 12th birthday my eldest puppy! You’re the best🐶! ❤ 💕

Blu is back on track! 11 year old Blu running with 12 year old Evelina at A0 at Summer competition in Syros on Sunday. And they came 1st with fastest time and 2nd for a split because she lost time coming back to me (not used to running with other handler). Both times clear and got 1st place in combi! After 7 months in retirement, she was so happy, couldn't believe she was competing again!🥇

Veteran Blu had her chance to run again at an unofficial competition, just for fun. (As if agility isn't always just for fun...).
As on old lady, taking care of herself, she competed at lowest height. Still she was the only dog to complete both the agility and the jumping course, both clear! Two more "first" places for old but sporty ladies ;-)
