We ‘parents’ are returning to the office and therefore spend less time with our fur babies. However, kittens need more attention and company since they see owners as a source of safety and security. They may become stressed when left alone for long periods of time, affecting their emotion and behaviours.
Let’s train our fur babies to be alone and build their confidence with the following steps!
#Step1 Find a safe room and prepare a cardboard box. Let the kittens explore the environment.
#Step2 Prepare a litter box, food and water. Leave them in there for a while (about 15 minutes)
#Step3 Gradually leave them for longer periods of time if they are doing well.
