The lovely Emma practising one of my sequences she learnt on summer retreat. Practising alone alone is not easy but doing a little every day of something well done with good breathing is better than doing an hour or more where you are just rushing, often doing things you are not ready for and unaware of breath and movement. Well done Emma!

last retreat of the summer over, this one went so fast once again with a wonderful group of students. Thank you to Claudia for coming from germany to cook and for us once again and on top of that we had italian food cooked some nights by Matteo and freshly caught fish one night by Mladen. As well as doing yoga twice a day we all spent lots of time hanging out with the donkeys and cats. What a great way to spend 10 days

There are now 2 places left on the september retreat due to 2 people unable to make it. If you would like to come please message me. My yogainthcity website is down and due to circumstances beyond my control the information is off the hvareno site.The retreat is 10 days from 8 to 18th september 9 days yoga and 10 nights room, breakfast is daily and dinner every other night. cost is usually 1130 for a single room and 925 for a shared. Its possible to do the first 7 days. Can do a discount for last min booking.

mmmm, lovely. light ,creative veggie and vegan food, breakfast and dinner, on our june retreat with no need for tofu even! my favourite was the lebanese night, oh and the cakes! wish we had taken more photos... thank you Claudia for the great food!
