BÁRSONYKA, English name: VELVETEENEEN, was bleeding profusely from his mouth, and we could not get it stopped. He also stopped eating for days, so we took him to the vet. His condition kept getting worse and worse. It turned out to be giardiasis and parvo virus, so we left him at the vet clinic, they put him on infusion, and made multiple tests and procedures on him. He didn’t eat and p**p for two days, and the x-ray cast a shadow, which means he had an obstruction, which had him blocked. Because they wanted to make a surgery.
Laevolac syrup is a lactulose-derived bowel movement-promoting liquid, it can be obtained without a prescription at a human pharmacy, the dosage for cats is 1.2 ml/kilo, and it was recommended by my oldest favourite vet, Klapka, 4 years ago, and since then it has been successfully tried cats with constipation. So on Friday I bought him home, and give him Laevolac in the evening and the next morning, a plastic hair band came out, so there was really something, not just on x-ray.
According to other vets and some other protocols, the kitten must first be given a stool softener and bowel movement promoting, and only if it doesn’t work, if it doesn’t work can be used the surgery, which is highly risky, because it is not certain that the intestines will be able to boil together, especially due to such a double infection (parvo and giardiasis), and anyway the cat was weakened, and it is not sure, that bowel movements will start after surgery, so what for?, it was a totally nonsensical idea for me, I was in a hurry to take the cat out. This two days costed 300£, and for the surgery they said last time 250£, I just listened to my instincts, they have never failed me, and the results proves that I was right again, when it comes to cats.
I have at home the cat veterinary book, which is 1000 pages, since then I have read everything I can about partial bowel obstruction, and parvo visuses, and giardiosis …etc, and it was proven, that I was right, it happened with me many time in my life. It is like just an instinct, and experience and some kind of knowledge about cat diseases. When I was younger I believed everything the Veterinarians told me, however the more cats I rescued, I realized they make mistakes too. A lot of times they are correct, but they do make mistakes too. And back then even if my instincts told me otherwise I still listened to them, and a lot of cats died due to this, because the doctor said so, to me it was like scriptures. Since then I listen to my instincts and since then it turns out I was right a lot of the time, and my decision to take them to another hospital, another veterinarian, the cat lived. and from the time I listen, it is much more fewer dead cats. No-one is infallible, just God?, but if God can create a world like the earth, maybe he can fail as well in time, just not in the end.
Because I rescue a lot, the absorption is high. Especially the very ill cats.

Sajnos az ennivalóra küldött pénzeket Bársonyka cicára kellett költenünk, pénteken ki kellett hoznunk a rendelőből, mert meg akarták műteni és mi nem értettünk vele egyet, mivel a röntgenen árnyékot vetett és olyan volt, mintha valami idegen test lenne ott, és hiába kértük vagy ötször a rendelőt, hogy adjanak Laevolac-ot, mert legutóbb is, azután kakilt csak a cica, nem voltak hajlandóak adni, így már láttam rossz irányba mennek a dolgok és ki akartam hozni minél hamarabb.
A LAEVOLAC szirupról azt érdemes tudni, hogy laktuloz eredetű bélmozgást elősegítő folyadék, emberpatikában lehet kapni vény nélkül, macskának az adagolás 1,2 ml / kiló és még évekkel ezelőtt a Klapka ajánlotta, azóta nagyon sok cicán sikeresen alkalmaztuk, akinek székrekedése volt.

FOLYTATÁS:
Levezettünk örökbe adni két macskát (Bellát és Bocit) Debrecenbe, még aznap este beadtam a Levolacot és másnap reggel kikakilt a Bársonyka egy hajgumi darabot. Szóval tényleg részleges bélelzáródása volt, számláit, kórlapjait csatolom ehhez a poszthoz az albumához. Azóta jól van, a Doktornénink szerint a parvo miatt állt le a bélmozgása és azért nem tudta magától kikakilni, vagy szerintünk az is lehet, hogy egy nagyobb darab volt benne, attól pangás alakult ki és elszaporodtak a vírusok és baktériumok. Nem tudom vágja-e valaki, hogy mennyire súlyos a helyzet, az állatorvosos könyvben elolvastam az ide vonatkozó részt, az alapján végstádiumos volt a cica és a vérzékenysége is a parvo miatt volt, ami iszonyat ritka, de mi már megszoktuk, hogy a lehető összes legritkább macskabetegséget produkáljuk. Kapja ezerrel a gyógyszereit, valamint a többi macskának sürgősen szüksége van ferdocatre a giardia ellen, kombi oltásra a paro ellen, viroplazin van, valamint Canglobra is, de erről egy külön poszt lesz majd, mert nem tudom, kinek esett le, de giardia és parvo járvány is van nálunk, ez így együtt szép és még nem halt meg az összes macska. Kettő produkál parvos tüneteket, de azokat kezeljük orvosi utasítás szerint.
Azóta Bársonyka szerencsére jól van, ugrál, futkos, eszik, iszik, többször is kakilt, (kommentben van az első kakiról), sajnos kétszer is kellett azóta adni neki Laevolacot, mivel nem akart kakilni, de ma reggel már anélkül sikerült, eszik, játkál, szóval a kedve is nagyon jó, és imád dorombolni, arról is feltöltök kommentbe videót, olyan aranyos.
Természetesen Debrecenben egy külön kezeslábasba öltöztem, amit utána kidobtunk, a cicák megkapták az oltásaikat még régebben amúgy is parvo ellen, a giardia ellen meg mindenki kap most kezelést. Biztos, ami biztos.
