Really pleased with the improvement on his horse who’s had a broken shoulder and come to us for rehab livery. Massive improvement and is now sound and back to ridden work here with us and will be then going home in the next month to commence her training. We have one space available for a weeks holiday livery or a rehabilitation space. Contact for more info

Absolutely chuffed for this horse and his owner the difference in 5 weeks has been incredible. The spa and treadmill 3 x daily has really assisted his recovery ! I cant wait to see them both back out eventing next year all being well.

Thank you to this lovely horses owner for allowing me to share his progress. He’s been with us for less than a week here on rehab livery suffering a nasty ligament injury and he’s making incredible progress the swelling is going down. He’s been on the spa 3 times a day as well as light walking in between. The spa is proving very successful ! We cater for all injuries including lower legs up to stifles , shoulders and kissing spine rehabilitation. Contact us for more info

We’re after another member of staff!
Position is a full or part time position 5 / 5 1/2 day week, good rate of pay for the right candidate.
There will be a big focus on your sole charge abilities and the running of the equine water treadmill including your ability to manage our other yard staff and take charge of and care a great deal for all of our horses. Attention to detail is key and high standards of care are a must.

To be able to hack /lunge some of the horses would be a bonus but not a necessity, but to be able to handle and deal with fit competition horses is a must. Too also assist in the running of show days and keeping everywhere tidy and clean and taking pride in their work.

Position does come with accommodation if needed however someone local also considered. Start date ideally August but flexible.
Beautiful yard and facilities to work from and own horse welcome.

We are absolutely delighted to say we will be officially opening next Monday once the rubber flooring is completed! We can’t wait to welcome you all, the water treadmill is an incredible piece of equipment used for many reasons including general fitness , rehabilitation and maintenance. We also have the option of an incline on the treadmill as well as a spa function where the water sits between 4-6c which is fab for after competing as a prevention from injuries or great for any splints or heat in the legs as the water goes as high as the stifles.

We can’t wait for the installation of the water treadmill and equine spa! Bookings will be opening very soon. Great for fitness , rehab , improved stride length or just maintenance. Horse Spa

The Spa can be used for tendon and ligament injuries, inflammation, soft tissue damage, hoof related problems, arthritis, laminitis, concussion, wound healing, maintenance, to support recovery post competition, to help prevent injury and more.

The cold therapy provided by the spa helps to reduce the risk of injury after exercise but also brings rapid relief from pain, bruising, swelling and recent tissue damage as it decreases blood flow to reduce inflammation. Adding the salt water element provided by the spa helps to reduce swelling further plus can help the natural healing of wounds.
