We are run by volunteers, our annual salary bill is zero .... all proceeds from the draw go directly towards improving the lives of the animals that come into our care.
We also have physical tickets available so if you would like to sell some on our behalf send us a message with your name, address & contact details ❤

Rowan is cutting his hair. He’s been growing it for 3 years. It’s being cut Thursday 25th April.

His hair will be donated to the Rapunzel Foundation who make wigs for people who are suffering from long term hair loss. They provide wigs free of charge or partially funded to those that need it.

He would like to raise money and split it between Rapunzel and Burren Animal Rescue

We will have a trade stand at the Clare Agricultural Show in Ennis https://www.facebook.com/events/375239171184301 this Sunday 10th of July and are hoping to raise some much needed funds by having a big tack clearout sale.
Some of the stock has been in storage for some time due to covid, etc so rather than us spending hours of time cleaning it that we don't have it will be sold as is and prices will reflect this.

Thanks very much to https://www.facebook.com/Sandys-Dog-Walking-Pet-Care-Services-1056594101150227/ for donating lovely square bales to us yesterday. Sandy and her husband Peter together with friends of theirs, Mandy & Gary, helped us draw the bales down from the field to the roadway. John and Alan arrived in Alan's horse lorry and we filled it with as many bales as it could handle before driving back to the rescue to unload & stack it all. A late night but worth it :)

Transport Assistance Required -
We've been offered 400 square bales from a kind lady in/near Kilkee. As there is rain forecast on Friday we only have Wednesday, or Thursday latest, to transport before they are given to people in her locality as she doesen't want them getting wet. Do you know anyone who could/would transport them for us? Obviously we will pay for the transport. Thanks

With kitten season in full swing we are launching our assistance scheme project to cover up to €30 off the cost of spaying/neutering a cats/cats of people on social welfare or minimum wage.
Please send your details either by message to our page or email [email protected] (details will not be accepted over the phone as mobile reception is bad and we tend not to carry pens & paper when out tending to the animals!!!)
We have a limited number of cat traps available for feral cats should you need a loan of one.
In order to help extend this project we will gladly accept donations - if sending please mention it is towards the cat snip/spay project 🐱
