WINE AND DINE is our first runner of the afternoon in the handicap chase. He looks well handicapped and can hopefully show us a bit of a spark! We have Sam Ewing in the saddle and this looks wide open.

Todays runners in Punchestown

The going in Punchestown has changed to heavy making today’s event a real test of stamina. In the opening maiden hurdle we have PAUL COLLINS who has hit the crossbar on a number of occasions. He had his excuses the last day and will have Sam Ewing in the saddle.

Sadly we announce the sad passing of Delta Work at the age of 12

He was a privilege to train and won 5 Grade 1s for us and was the victor at 3 Cheltenham Festivals. He was a hero and will be sorely missed by everyone at Cullentra.

Here are todays runners for Gowran Park and Haydock

Kicking off the day we have SAN HILARIO in the 4yo maiden hurdle. He will be eligible for handicaps after this which he may be more suitable for. We claim off him here with Jake Coen taking away a valuable 3lbs. Raydamann is 2nd reserve.

Today's runners for Clonmel

It is a quiet day racing in Clonmel today as we have just 4 runners. ANGOSTURA goes in the Munster Hurdle which has attracted some nice horses. It’ll be a nice place to start this horse off for the season and he will have Danny Gilligan in the saddle.

Today we're off to Navan and we have two runners in Exeter

Starting off the day in Navan we have LYGON LAD who is having his first start in handicap company. He ran well last time out but should come into his own in handicap company. He will be ridden by Sam Ewing.

We're off to Naas today with some very exciting horses🍏

Starting the day in Naas we have RAINBOW TRIAL who will be ridden by Carl Millar. This will be his first run in handicap company where Carl’s claim should be helpful.

Just the two runners in Dundalk this evening

We have just the one runner today in Fundalk, WIFFEN, over an extended 1m2f maiden for 3yos. A number of these horses look exposed so it will be good to see how he lays up against these. Leigh Roche has been booked to ride.

We're off to Thurles today with 7 runners

In the first race, the Red Mills Auction Maiden Hurdle, we run SCALPNAGOON. Second on his last start over 2m1f, he should appreciate the step up in trip here today on just his third career start. He looks a nice sort and should run well under Danny Gilligan.

For the mares maiden hurdle we have QUALIMITA and STRETCHEMOUT. Qualimita can hopefully go well here against her own s*x. She certainly has the engine and hopefully Sam can get the best out of her.
