Hi folks, just to let everyone know that I am currently booked out until mid-February, as I have quite a few messages coming in at the moment.

Also, I will be taking 2 weeks off in March from the 7th until the 25th.
This leaves only 2 free weeks left before then for appointments. Please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

From a shed that many of my Granda's mares used to be foaled in, to Ruskey Pups Dog Grooming 😂🥰

The little guy in the video is the main reason I took the jump and opened up my wee business from home, so I am eternally grateful to each and every one of my customers for trusting me with your fur babies and making it successful and keeping me extremely busy🥰

Also, a special thanks to all those who left gifts and tips...you are all far too kind 🤗❤️

I will be closed until the 8th of January to spend some well needed time with my family and friend's.

Lastly, a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New Year to all my customers 🎊

A small selection of the lovely doggies I have had in recently 🐶🤩

**There are no appointments left for 2023. I am currently working off a cancellation list for the remainder of the year.

There are a few reminders while in the busy season :

- Please be on time for your appointment. If you are late, this leaves me running behind on every dog that follows after. Those who are 15 minutes or more late for their appointment will have to reschedule.

- I also ask that everyone collects their dog on time as I do not have the room to keep dogs.

-No Shows and Late Cancellations

Unfortunately I am going to have to put in place that no shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will have to be charged a fee.

**Second cancellation in a row will resort in full groom fee being charged on top of first cancellation fee also**

**Fees will have to be paid before rebooking**

These are incredibly hard to fill at last minutes notice and result in a loss of income.

Sorry for the negativity and thanks for your understanding🐶🐕
