Good morning

Ciara here,

It has come to my attention that alot of people are cancelling last minute or not showing up for appointments.

This is not acceptable and unfortunately going forward, anyone that does not show up for there appointment will not be taken back as a customer. It only takes a few seconds to send a text to let the girls know you won't be showing up for your appointment.

Anyone that cancels on the day or last minute will be charged for that appointment and will have to pay a deposit of half the groom for the next appointment.

It is not fair on the girls and other customers waiting for appointments.

On Wednesday 29th of May at 9.29am Ciara and her partner Tony welcomed Baby Maeve Chloe McCann.
She was born weighing 8 pound 6 ounces.
Ciara and Maeve are both doing great 💕
Big congratulations to both Ciara and Tony. We look forward to seen baby Maeve grow 💞

I just wanted to let everyone know my maternity leave is getting close. My last day is the 19th of April. If anyone needs their dog(s) groomed by me specifically please get in contact on 0851445855.
Otherwise Kellie will be covering my clients.

I just wanted to say a huge Thank you to all my lovely clients over the last few weeks for the gifts, advice and thoughtful messages. I will be back but as this is my first baby I will be taken time to bond and enjoy as much as I can before returning to work.

We are very excited to meet our little girl in May and I will let you all know when she arrives.

Just a quick note, unfortunately I am not taken on anymore new customers as I will be going on maternity leave. I need to look after my own customers as I already have a lot of loyal customers waiting to be booked in.

Hi guys!

Just wanted to pop on here and let everyone know the few changes that will be happening this year.
Firstly I will be going on maternity leave the date of my leave is still to be decided but as soon as I know a message will be sent out.

My lovely amazing cousin Kellie has stepped in over the Christmas to give me a much needed helping hand. Which I really appreciate and will be staying on with us at kinsealy dog grooming.
Kellie will be covering my clients when I go on maternity leave and I can't recommend her enough she's super with the dogs and very particular about her work! She works to a high standard and I am pleased to leave my furry friends in her cable hands while I'm on maternity leave.

I will be leaving a note for each and every dog I do. A report on their behaviour and groom so Kellie has a guided to go on while I'm away. But I will always be a phone call away for Kellie.

I will be popping back in to do some clients with specific needs due to their behaviour needs, medical issues or particular requirements. I will be contacting these clients directly but if you feel your dog is in need of just my attention please drop me a text on 0851445855 which your dogs details. I will organise a day for these dogs.

I will be having my first baby, so please be respectful, I will need some privacy and time with my baby and partner. I will get back to everyone in time. However Kellie is there to answer any questions.
I would appreciate if everyone could please try book your dog in at least once before I leave so I can show Kellie in person what trim the dog needs.

Secondly, prices will remain the same, however cancellations or no shows will be charged.
If you cancel last minute there will be a €25 charge added onto your next groom. Please drop me a text or call at least 24 hours in advance if you can not make it. I always have a cancellation list so if you give me enough time I can reallocate someone else your time.
People who let me know at least 24 hours prior will not be charged a fee.

If you do not show up for an appointment you will have to pay for the appointment you have missed and your next appointment will have to be paid in full before booking in.

As chloe is leaving we are limited on times. I do have a cancellation list. I just can't guarantee I will get everyone in.

Just want to let people know we have had a good few no shows for appointments after confirming that they will be there and not show up.

Anyone that does not show up for an appointment will immediately be black listed for wasting my time and other customers time that are on a waiting list. If they want to rebook in they will have to pay full payment for the no show appointment and pay in full for their next appointment.

Also people that cancel last minute will also have to pay full payment when rebooking.

We are a small business and really suffer when people are ignorant and don't send a text or call to let us know they won't make it.
That appointment could go to someone that really needs their dog groomed.

Big thank you to our very loyal customers who show up on time and rebook. We are only able to do our job because of those lovely people and there fabulous dogs.
