Grange Veterinary Clinic is a sister Clinic of Old Church Veterinary Hospital in Ballyshannon and Donegal Veterinary Clinic in Donegal Town. We have a small animal clinic every day as well as facilities to cater for farmers to bring their large animals to the clinic for the vet to treat. We offer a selection of pet food, special offers, products & any advice you might need on your pet. We stock a

wide range of Large animal products including:
Fluke & Worm dosing, Boluses, spot on's, mineral supplements, Dipping & anything you might need for your farm supply needs at VERY competitive prices. We have special offers on every month for our farmers so just ask in store!

**Found in Grange Village** This beautiful long haired friendly female cat has no microchip, so quiet and just wants to get inside out of the cold. Unfortunately is badly matted but we are sorting that! Needs some tlc, can you help? Unfortunately the person who's house it came too has dogs who are not keen on cats! What a fantastic photo to receive today as Storm Pia works its way across Ireland! 🌧🌪🌀🌪🌧
We had a long day on Tuesday, leaving Iggy HQ at 7am for Derry. It was lovely to catch up with Alpha Stained Glass & Folklor Candles of Number19 Craft and Design, and then we drove to the bottom of the county for Iggy's treatment at Old Church Veterinary Hospital.
Iggy presented 22 calendars to all the staff (Ballyshannon, Donegal Town and Grange, Sligo) as a big thank you for the care and attention that she receives every week.
In the photo, you have a mix of vets, nurses, physios, and front desk staff. And, in the photo, you can see why we make the 2hr e/w drive. A happy and welcoming bunch!
