Speciality chocolate is so enjoyable to do because I love creativity.

These strawberry creams do take a while to do as there is a process.

This gives you an idea of the time and effort to ensure you have a moment of bliss.

1. Melt & colour the cocoa butter then paint to your desired design in a polycarbonate mould.
2. Refrigerated to crystallise
3. Melt the white chocolate and drizzle over the crystallised cocoa butter then chill
4. Temper milk or dark choccie and pour in moulds to make the shell. Chill
5. Make the raspberry ganache, pipe into mould.
6. After another few minutes of Refrigerating, time to pour on the chocolate base.
