Chiron's Gate

Chiron's Gate I am Ash Moondancer Matthews and the Chiron's Gate Centre is where I offer my shamanic and meditation work.

Since childhood I have been steeped in spiritual, healing and shamanic practices, and these form the core of what I offer through Chiron's Gate. The centre was named after Chiron for several reasons. Chiron, as the mythological centaur, was one of the original wounded healers - someone who can draw strength from what was a source of weakness. As a centaur, he also integrates the animal instincts

with human logic. Astrologically, some consider Chiron to be a bridge between the energies of the personal planets and the higher energies of the transpersonal planets - an energy that can help us to integrate our divinity in practical ways.
