Hi folks , its with a really heavy heart I have to strongly imply our policy's from here on in .

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE
Cancellation / reschedule of an appointment within 24hours of your appointment time will incur a 50% fee of original cost before another appointment can be made , cancelling an appointment last minute does not allow us any time to give another customer that slot .

NO SHOWS / I FORGOTS
No shows will automatically incur a fee of 100% of the groom cost before another appointment can be made. We understand people forget and things change but unfortunately we still have a wee business to try keep going for all the fantastic customers and their wee pooches .

It's not fair on the customers who struggle to get an appointment as we are so busy and it's also unfair we allocate you time of ours for it to be disregarded so easily .

The newest member of the gang , Reggie the miniature poodle puppy . Big 7 months old 💚

He needed a wee place to park up for the rest of his day's , due to no fault of his own or his owner . So he got our sofa 😁

We honestly can’t get over the generosity and appreciation towards us since we put that post up 7 weeks ago. It’s flew in and it’s all getting real now!
