🎆🎆Fireworks banging, doorbells ringing and the streets full of giggling ghouls can be anxiety triggers for pets. Creating a safe space for our pets is one way we can help to reduce the stress.
How to do we do this?
🎃Find a warm, comfortable and dark area in your house or your animals favourite spot to rest/hangout, ideally this space should be away from windows and doors to reduce sound
🎃Reduce the sound by enduring windows and doors are closed. Close all curtains and blinds. Playing calming music or white noise can also help to drown out some of the noise from the fireworks.
🎃If your pet has a favourite toy or blanket, ensure this is in their safe space with them. If the animal is crate trained, creating the safe space in there, draping heavy blankets over can also help.

Hey pet parents, let’s talk about something crucial today – regular check-ups for our fur babies! 🐶🐱

🌟 Why are check-ups essential?
Regular visits to the vet are like preventive care for our pets. They help catch any health issues early, ensuring our furry friends stay happy and healthy for longer. From vaccinations to dental checks, these visits cover everything our pets need to thrive.

🩺 What happens during a check-up?
During a check-up, the vet will examine your pet from nose to tail. They’ll check their weight, heart rate, teeth, and more. It’s a comprehensive look to make sure everything is A-OK!

💉 Vaccinations save lives!
One of the most crucial parts of check-ups is vaccinations. They protect our pets from dangerous diseases and keep them safe and sound.

🦷 Dental care matters too!
Did you know that dental issues are common in pets? Regular check-ups include dental exams and cleanings, ensuring your pet’s pearly whites stay healthy and strong.

📅 How often should we visit the vet?
Most pets should see the vet every 6 months. However, older pets or those with health issues may need more frequent visits. Your vet will create a personalized schedule for your pet’s needs.

⏰ Haven’t visited the vet in the last 6 months?

If you haven’t taken your furry friend for a check-up in the last 6 months, it’s time to book an appointment with Clonskeagh Vets. They’ll ensure your pet receives top-notch care and attention to keep them in tip-top shape!

🌈 The result? A happy, healthy pet!
By prioritizing regular check-ups, we’re giving our pets the best gift – a long, joyful life by our sides. So let’s make those vet appointments and keep our furry companions thriving! 🌟
