Hi everyone. Please note that I require 24 hours notice for cancellations, this allows sufficient time for the appointment to be filled by another client. If the cancellation is not made within this time frame there will be a surcharge of 50% of the cost of the missed appointment. This payment is required in order to book another appointment and if not paid there will be no booking of future appointments and any pre-booked appointments will be cancelled. Hi all!! Just a quick note to say that I have very limited appointments left for November and December.

Please note that my schedule will be changing in June. I will be working fewer Saturdays but will be working longer on Wednesdays.

I will be starting at 8 on Wednesdays which provides the option of dogs being dropped off on your way to work and picked up after work.

Also please note that I have raised my prices slightly to offset increased business costs over the past few years. 🐾

Hi everyone.

Due to an increasing number of no shows, resulting in significant revenue loss, the following policies will take effect immediately.

1. Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a rebooking fee which will be added to the next appointment. The rebooking fee will be 50% of the cost of the missed appointment.

2. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, if not they may be subject to the rebooking fee.

3. When offered an appointment via text/email, it must be confirmed within 24 hours. If not, there is no guarantee that the appointment will still be available.

4. Upon request a reminder text/email can be sent 48 hours in advance of your appointment.
