Busy painting away for a fresh start to the new year 🥰

Once it’s all painted and drying I’ll get started on the new year appointments for everyone ☺️ if you have certain dates around holidays please send me a message to ensure you can get those dates 🥰

There will be a slight increase in prices to cover some of the 23% VAT I’m paying as I simply cannot absorb it anymore. There will be €5 per dog increase (only adds up to €32.50 per year for those coming every 8 weeks)
I have been advised to add the full 23% on top of current prices but I know that isn’t affordable for everyone right now so I’m increasing by €5 🥰

Thank you all for your support this year and I hope to see everyone back again in 2025 ❤️

We have a dog show on Friday so no rest for me but we wouldn’t miss the Christmas show 🎅

I am so lucky to have been able to do the weekly baths on Lauren’s toy poodle puppies while here in Cavan 🐩🐩🐩 It’s so important that when you choose a breed that requires regular grooming, that the breeder does some grooming introduction before the puppies go to their new homes ❤️ These little ones have had several baths and you can see how relaxed they are with the drier and were equally happy with the water. This also shows how you can help your pup have a great first grooming experience at the groomers by doing a few baths at home and drying them with a hairdryer to get used to the sounds and feeling of it. Remember if you have any questions on brushes, etc to use and the best way to groom at home between appointments I am just a message away 🥰 Now to convince myself that I don’t want one of these cuties to come home with me 😅🙈 #laurasdogstyling #dogsgroomerinwestport #poodle #supportsmallbusiness #doggroomersireland #SupportSmallBusiness

Very busy weekend with Mantrailing on Saturday with Kali and Kya at Oracle Dogs Then repainting the grooming room Sunday with Mams help to get it done quick as each of the 3 coats took ages to dry in this weather. New Lino floor fitted today by Dad and everything moved back in ready for tomorrow 💪 Reception/shop area next on the list for painting

I have my Animal Science Level 6 Diploma with distinctions in all modules including Animal Behaviour, Anatomy & Physiology, Grooming and Animal Welfare. I provide a high quality service with the welfare of each dog in mind. I cater for all sizes and breeds of dog and tailor each groom to suit the specific dog. Most importantly, I love what I do and I take my time with each dog and go at their pace to give them the best possible experience.
