Even under a blanket, the nights in the north are painfully cold. Imagine what she felt—a frail skeleton, severely injured, struggling to survive in the freezing cold.

SOS Pets Associate rescued her, and we rushed her to the vet, where she was treated for severe injuries, including a diaphragmatic hernia caused by a violent blow. Her intestines had been forced into her lungs, and she was barely able to breathe. Now, she’s recovering, but the road ahead is long and costly.

Two years ago, another animal in similar condition was rescued from the same place. Both are sweet souls who only wanted love and paid a heavy price just to survive.

🚨 URGENT: Help Save This Brave Cat Called Tango! 🚨

Tango has already been through so much. Rescued from an army base, where life was full of dangers, this little fighter found safety at אס.או.אס חיות - S.O.S Pets thanks to compassionate individuals who couldn’t turn their back on an animal in need.

Now, this brave soul is at Beit Dagan Veterinary Hospital, facing a new challenge. A severe injury has left no choice but to amputate one of Tango's legs to save its life. While the surgery will give this cat a chance to live pain-free and adapt to a better future, the costs are overwhelming.

We recently admitted 8 puppies diagnosed with this virus, originating from 5 different locations. This has been a significant setback for us, not only due to the considerable expenses incurred in their treatment but also the challenge of securing appropriate foster care upon their discharge from the hospital.
