So it's time for us to address the Hottest Topic we face and the most queries we get for. Also a topic that leads to a few of you getting rather agitated.

Our Shipping Options.

So as this screenshot shows, we have three shipping Options.

1. This is the Shipping method to choose when your order Fish Food, Accessories, Soil, Sand etc. Basically everything other than anything living e.i. Fish, Shrimps, Crabs etc.

2. Flat Rate for Bangalore - This is the Price for our Delivery of Fish inside the City of Bangalore ONLY.

3. The Third and last method is for shipping all Livestock to your Doorstep Across India. If you are from a City/State Outside of Bangalore, please select this.

Please realise if you have selected the wrong shipping method we will send out a request via Email for - Extra Payment of Funds for Shipping Fish Outside of Bangalore with a link to pay it.

We cannot ship fish until this payment is made and credited to our Bank account.

If you do request us to Cancel your order on realising the extra delivery charges, we will have to deduct 10% of the order cost as we need to pay Payment Gateways, Block our Stock for your order.

R&D has been our forte for the past 14 years. Here we are testing larger size sealed bags their strength in an unfortunate event of a drop or getting squeezed.

Now Round 2 will be to check it's ability to carry fish with spines.

A small update from here. We have been super busy changing the layout of our facility. The basic work should be completed within the next 48 hours.

Please bear with us for any delays.

This expansion will help us organise our facility to allow for an extra 75% more holding capacity. Which means more species of fish and accessories too.
