Under ABC Rules, dogs can only be kept in observation if there's a confirmed bite — not for tearing bike seats or running up to someone.

This violates Rule 16 of ABC Rules 2023 and the Supreme Court order (SLP(C) 691/2009).

We demand accountability and law-abiding conduct from BBMP AHD officials.

This is not just illegal — it's inhumane.

Happy Feet Welfare began as a small step to support and protect strays—to give them love, shelter, and a chance at life. What started as a dream has now grown into something greater—Roksh Samsthe. ❤️

This journey was inspired by one special soul—Cooper, my elder dog, whose love and loyalty changed my life forever. 🐾 It was through him that I learned the true meaning of compassion and found my purpose in helping these voiceless angels.

Today, as Cooper turns 5, I reflect on how far we’ve come and how much more there is to do. From Happy Feet Welfare to Roksh Samsthe, this mission is my heart, my passion, and my promise to every furry soul in need.
