We received requests from many beach horse owners that they were unable to buy food for their horses due to the closure of beaches this lockdown. We provided horse bran for 62 horses.

In the month of October we got a call regarding a that was injured in Arumbakkam, Chennai. We rushed and gave the cow first aid and started treating the cow. Thanks to Sai Vignesh for sending his Vet to treat the cow frequently and now after little over a month the injury is fine and the cow is regaining health.

The cow is owned by an economically poor family and they have promised not to send the cow for slaughter and will hand over to us in time.

Today we had our first big event Hakuna Matata Animal Trust & Cheer NGO handed over horse reins bridle bit (head gear) to all the beach horse owners who were affected due to lockdown & the torrential rains.

A big thank to the team of 25+ veterinary doctors from Animal husbandry & who conducted Medical camp for the horses and gave vaccine and deworming for close to 80 horses.

The medical camp was inaugurated and the equipment were handed over to beach horse owners by Tmt. Kiruthiga Udhayanidhi ~ Flim Director & avid animal lover and Tmt. Shruti Vinodh Raj ~ Hospital Committee member TANUVAS
