ur or design other than those displayed, feel free to let me know. As all items displayed are made-to-measure, kindly make sure of your footwear size before ordering. The sizes mentioned here are those of the standard BATA footwear. Alternately, you can measure the dimensions of footwear that fits you perfectly and message me the details. Because I strictly do not entertain returns or exchanges, it is best to work out the details or concerns ahead of time. So if you are unsure of a product, then please do contact me for any additional clarification before placing an order. Payment is made either through a DD or online Bank Transfer. I will send you my bank details once the order is confirmed.
2. Orders will be dispatched only after receipt of payment.
3. Standard delivery time is 2-3 weeks, but may vary depending on the quantity ordered.
4. All orders are delivered through courier service, so there will be an additional courier/packaging charge of Rs.50/- per delivery.
