Lutino Budgie is characterised by its dense yellow colour and its ino feature i.e., red eyes. On the other hand Albino Budgies are characterised by its pure white colour and its ino feature i.e., red eyes.
This colour is not naturally available as wild green is the most dominant colour in nature for budgies. Also ino is a recessive gene that is least expressed , so ino is commonly found in caged birds.
