বিড়ালটিকে বাঁচাতে পারলাম না আমরা। দীর্ঘ ২২ দিন লড়াইয়ের পর, গত শুক্রবার রাতে হঠাৎ liver failure এর কারণে মারা যায়। ৯ বছর বয়স ছিল তার কারণে আর লড়াই করতে পারল না।

সকল donors দের অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ আমাদের পাশে থাকার জন্য।

We dont deserve this planet.😔

Have you ever noticed a dog silently watching you as you eat your sandwich, frankie or panipuri or Icecream from a road side stall? Have you ever wondered what goes through the dogs mind then? He is clueless about why he doesn’t get to eat the stuff you are eating .

He doesn’t know money is needed to purchase food. He doesn’t know that the human he is silently watching doesn’t give a second thought to his hunger. All he can do is only stand there in hope that some piece falls off from their frankie or a little drop of melted ice cream drips on the dirty floor which he can lick off the floor then. Isn’t Hunger a universal feeling of all living beings? Let’s open our heart. Feed a stray. Share and Create awareness.

Please spread awareness and compassion for these hungry beings to provide them one proper meal a day which comes from each of us. Just one meal a day!

A dog who isn’t hungry and starving is less likely to be aggressive too. We all can coexist if only we paid a little attention to these truly neglected section of our society.

রানাঘাট বিশ্বাস পাড়ার সামনে এই কুকুরটিকে লোকাল লোকজন মিলে মেরে ফেলে। অভিযোগ, কুকুরটি কাল থেকে অনেক জনকে কামরেছে। কুকুরটির distemper রোগে আক্রান্ত ছিল এবং সেই কারণে রোগের কারণে সবাইকে কামরাচ্ছিল।

স্থানীয় লোকজনের কথা অনুযায়ী, তারা Ranaghat Municipality তে খবর দেয় এবং সেখান থেকে জানানো হয় যে কেউ যেতে পারবে না। তাই তাদের মনে হয় যে ওই রোগের একমাত্র ওষুধ হল ওকে প্রাণে মেরে ফেলা।

আমাদের সমাজ কবে শিক্ষিত হবে?? দয়া করে এদের বাঁচতে দিন 🙏 এদের‌ও ‌রোগ হয় এবং সেগুলোও সারানো যায়।

নিষ্ঠার তরফ থেকে আমরা একটি sterilization camp করার চেষ্টা করছি খুব তাড়াতাড়ি। যেহেতু এখন কুকুরদের breeding season চলছে, কিছুদিন পর ই রাস্তা ঘাটে ছোট ছোট বাচ্চা হবে এবং বেশিরভাগ হয় গাড়ি চাপা পড়ে না হয় কোন রোগ হয়ে মরে যাবে।

এবার আসি আসল কথায়, এক একটি কুকুরকে sterilize করার জন্যে মাথা পিছু কম করে চার হাজার টাকা করে লাগবে (ওষুধ খরচ নিয়ে)।

আপনাদের কাছে অনুরোধ আপনারা যেটুকু সাহায্য করতে পারেন ততটুকু ই অনেক। কেউ যদি কোনো একটি কুকুরের খরচ দেবেন মনে করেন, সেটাও পারেন, অথবা যেকোনো amount ও দিতে পারেন, অথবা কারো যদি বড় জায়গা থাকে সেটাও ৭ দিনের জন্যে দিতে পারেন, সমস্ত খরচ আমাদের হবে।

আর যদি কারো কোনো এমন জায়গা জানা থাকে, যেখানে আমরা camp টা করতে পারব, তাহলে inbox এ যোগাযোগ করুন।

আপনারা এগিয়ে আসলে তবেই আমরা program টা successful করতে পারব। প্লিজ এগিয়ে আসুন।
