Ingredients:
👉1 cup parsley
👉2 stalks celery
👉2 cups water
👉1 tsp ginger
👉¼ cup lemon juice
👉ice, to serve

Instructions:
¬Into a juicer add the celery and juice to form a light green juice.
¬Then in a blender add the parsley, ginger and 1 cup of water, blitz to cream a smooth dark green puree.
¬Strain the parsley juice and celery juice into a jug to remove any solids.
¬Pour the lemon juice into the jug and stir to combine.
¬Serve the parsley juice chilled or with a few cubes.
