A paralyzed baby bun was left on streets. He is just one month old. @paramita Saha dhar rescued her and handed him over to me today.
He is under treatment, needs a special diet and care.

✅IMMEDIATE POST-OPERATIVE CARE✅

Points to be noted by all bun parents after your bunny underwent surgery:--
🐰 Bunny must be properly hydrated and fed well in post operative period.
🐰 As soon as the bunny is out of anesthesia, start syringe feeding water & critical care 10-15 ml every hour (adult bunnies). Continue this till the bun starts eating on its own.
🐰 Monitor the bun's activity, poop & pee. 24 hours after surgery is vital.
🐰 Wound dressing to be done twice daily from the day after surgery-- Use saline water/betadiene liquid for cleaning & apply T. Bact ointment.
🐰 Do not allow the bun chew/scratch the incision area.
🐰 Keep the living space smaller so that the bun cannot run/ move around too much.
