" Exotic Birds - এর Licence " নিয়ে অনেকের ই অনেক Confusion আছে ...কারণ কিছু মানুষ পুরো জিনিসটা না জেনে , ভূল information দিয়ে YouTube এ video বানিয়ে , Facebook এ Post করে সাধারণ মানুষকে misguide করে চলেছে |
আশা করি এই Post টি ভালো ভাবে পড়লে আপনাদের সব Confusion clear হয়ে যাবে |
এই নতুন আইন অনুযায়ী যাদের Aviary তে " Wildlife Protection Ammendment Act of 2022 " এর " Schedule IV Appendix - 1 " এ mentioned Exotic পাখি থাকবে এবং breeding করানো হবে , শুধু মাএ তাদেরকেই এই Licence করাতে হবে , যার জন্য Rs. 25,000/- pay করতে হবে , আর এর validity থাকবে 2 yrs ; তারপর আবার এটিকে renew করাতে হবে |
এই List টি বিস্তারিত জানতে চাইলে Google এ Search করে নিতে পারেন | তবে বলে রাখি , এই List এ কোনো ছোটো পাখির নাম যেমন ---" African Lovebirds , Budgies( বদরী ), Finches, Cockateils " নেই | আপাতত এই পাখিগুলির জন্য " Parivesh Portal " এ Registration করা থাকলেই চলবে |

সকলের উদ্যেশ্যে আমি একটাই কথা বলতে চাই , যে কোনো ব্যাপারকে যাচাই না করে অকারণে Panic করবেন না , কারণ আপনারা Panic করে গেলে, তার সুযোগ নেওয়ার লোকের অভাব নেই |
