മധ്യപ്രദേശിലെ പെഞ്ച് കടുവാ സങ്കേതത്തിലെ അമ്മക്കടുവ മഹാറാണി നാടുനീങ്ങി... 😢
കഴിഞ്ഞ 16 വർഷവും നാലുമാസവും ജീവിച്ച് 29 കടുവക്കുഞ്ഞുങ്ങളെ പ്രകൃതിക്ക് സമ്മാനിച്ചാണ് ഈ അമ്മക്കടുവ ജീവിത ചക്രം പൂര്‍ത്തിയാക്കിയത്. ഈ 29 ൽ വെറും നാലു കുഞ്ഞുങ്ങൾ മാത്രമാണ് അതിജീവനം സാദ്ധ്യമല്ലാതെ പോയത് എന്നത് ഒരു അമ്മ എന്നനിലയിൽ ഏറെ അഭിമാനിക്കാവുന്ന നേട്ടം. കാലാവസ്ഥയോടും, ആൺകടുവകളോടും മറ്റ് മാംസഭോജികളായ മൃഗങ്ങളോടും മല്ലിട്ട് കുഞ്ഞുങ്ങളെ വളർത്തി വലുതാക്കുക എന്നത് ചെറിയൊരു കാര്യമല്ല.മദ്ധ്യ ഇന്ത്യയിലെ വനമേഖലയിലെ മനുഷ്യരും കടുവയും തമ്മിലുള്ള ബന്ധം മനസ്സിലാവാൻ ഇതിലെ ഒരു ഫോട്ടോ മതിയാകും.
അതൊരു സംസ്കാരമാണ്. സമ്പൂർണ്ണ സാക്ഷരത കൊണ്ടോ പുസ്തകം പഠിച്ചോ കിട്ടുന്ന ഒന്നല്ല അത്. 2021 ൽ ഇന്ത്യയിൽ കടുവകളാൽ കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ട 126 പേരിൽ 96 പേരും ഈമേഖലയിലെ മനുഷ്യരാണ് എന്നുകൂടി അറിയണം 🙂
