I feel everytime I rescue an animal they rescue a long forgotten, battered and bruised piece of me, by showering it with their unconditional love brimming in those innocent eyes that trust me implicitly.

Meet the wise and naughty Veer who loves children and butterflies! All of 3 months of age, he is intelligent, highly interactive and a complete bundle of joy. He has been leash trained, vaccinated and dewormed. Understands basic commands and is under crate training. Looking for a loving home for him. He can be relocated to anywhere in India.
His hind paw had been crushed by a car, but has completely healed now.

An unbreakable bond of love and compassion! The healing would be mutual while the family shares their shelter, food and everything else with their cat. The cat is a source of unconditional love and acceptance, sometimes the only thing you need to survive! ♥️♥️

When someone says that they had to abandon their pets because they moved, maybe for a new job in a new city, show them the example of this Syrian family, who escaped from the war and have traveled more than 1,000 miles on foot as refugees, with their cat.
This family lost nearly everything in the war and had to move and leave everything behind. But they did not leave their precious cat behind..."He is a part of our family," they said...as simple as that.

In March when I had left for my month and a half long travel, had spoken with my plants about it. Requesting them to take care of themselves and that the water situation may get dire in my absence. They would be watered at an interval of 3 days at best. It was the peak of summer and I was worried. But survive they did and how. Had found my Champa tree struggling plagued by the cotton wooly insect but could see the the flower buds forming. I used a mixture of Bach remedies to let go of the trauma of drought and to deal with the infestation. I felt it’s fear of being in a similar situation again and it’s hesitance to grow... Bach to the rescue again...and today it is thriving..resplendent in its pearly white and yellow flowers and no signs of an infestation ! Feeling blessed!❤️

An ear for music: The Samburu tribe of North Kenya are nomadic pastorialists and follow the rain to seek out green pastures and water for their livestock. As part of an ancient tradition they dig deep wells, each warrior singing a deep resonant melody. This is recognised by their cattle. The livestock use this song to locate their warrior, well and watering hole.
These are known as the singing wells of the Samburu❤️

My mentor Manjiri always says that energy follows thought, and it sure manifested for me the other day. I had been feeling a little off since morning. Had had a chat with dear dad the night before, who was very worried about my gallivanting ways in the times of corona. So had woken up with itchy eyes and a heavy head. :)

By evening I still hadn't recovered and the fearful thoughts of the C virus were now like a heavy metal song playing in my head. I need to ground myself I thought, and imagined myself walking barefoot on earth, feeling the cool, wet soil beneath my feet. With these thoughts running in my head I prepped Remy for a walk. As soon as we reached down, the nimble footed puppy skipped into some mud which was still damp from the rains dragging me behind him. Before I knew I was ankle deep in thick slushy mud, unable to extricate myself. All flailing attempts ended up with my shoe still stuck inside, while I was pulled out by a security guard.

Brat I thought angrily....and then it suddenly occurred to me that my head had cleared up and the itchiness gone. My Rehmat had granted me my wish to ground and HOW :) In that moment I had said goodbye to all my fears.

I believe animals are in our lives not just for fun or companionship, they are there to support us in our journey, learn our life lessons. They protect and guide us. Dr. Rupert Sheldrake says that our animal companions sense our intentions and act accordingly.

Me, I think they are the universe's angels to say tathastu to our craziest of wishes, mostly the crazy ones. :)
