Sneezing during dog play is called "play sneezing" and is a form of communication to signal that the interaction is friendly and not aggressive. It's a sign that the dog is excited and having fun, and it can also be a way to break up roughhousing to prevent it from turning into a real fight.
How to tell if it's normal play sneezing:-
Normal: The body language is relaxed, with a wagging tail and soft eye contact. The sneezes are brief and occur only during play.
Not normal: The body is tense, the tail is tucked, and the dog is avoiding eye contact. Sneezing is excessive, prolonged, or occurs outside of playtime.
