A 3 month old Doberman puppy was presented to with the history of no food intake and incidence of watery foul smelling blood mixed diarrhoea since last day. Till that he was active and had normal food intake, but was not vaccinated. On physical examination he had fever and severe abdominal pain. And we could palpate a sausage like material within his abdomen. By Ultrasound scanning we could see Bullseye appearence of intestine, suggestive of INTUSSUSCEPTION, which is telescoping of a loop pf intestine to another….Done a emergency surgery and the pup had an eventful recovery…
