Somewhere between Pokhara and Chitwan, we stumbled upon this beautiful waterfall - Jalbire Jharna. The joy of travelling at your own pace, stopping when you want, taking detours, making memories along the way..

Took about 20 minutes of struggle to get to stay still for a couple of seconds 😂 Not to mention stopping Vanilla from getting into the water!

After 6 intense days of learning about trauma and aggression in dogs, we can NEVER look at dog behaviour and specially aggression the same way.

Every-time I sit through a course with .dogtraining I learn so much not just about dogs but about myself. I am inspired to DO better. I are inspired to BE better. I am inspired to be KIND.

And getting to share the classroom with some of THE best canine behaviourists and learning from their experiences is the icing on the cake!

Thank you Shirin for imparting knowledge that changes our lives and empowers us to help dogs better. I feel so privileged and grateful for the opportunity!

Remember Pepper? The little Golden retriever puppy who stayed with us for 2+ months and trained with us? Her family shared this photo and we couldn’t be happier!

They got a puppy for the young kid at home and it was extremely important that the kid and the puppy got along well. It was necessary to make sure that the kid knew how to mange the puppy and the puppy learnt to be calm around the kid and his friends who frequented their home.

As a part of her training, Pepper learnt to enjoy being around people, loves getting cuddles and relaxes n chills when her hoomans are busy.

Our training programs are planned keeping the family’s lifestyle and requirement in mind. And when the family tells us that the puppy has grown into the dog that they always dreamt of, it’s what matters. It’s ALL that matters.

So grateful to be a part of these amazing journeys.

After manifesting and dreaming about it for a couple of years, we finally celebrated Kukur Tihar in Nepal with the dogs.

Of course, I am eternally grateful to have them in my life and everyday is a celebration with these wonderful beings but why let go of any opportunity to formally thank and worship them?

Nepal has banned fireworks. It is Happy Kukur Tihar for the dogs for sure.

Vote for your favourite outfit!

Though it’s not natural for dogs to wear clothing, a lot of pet parents do want to occasionally dress up their dogs.

While I believe it’s totally harmless to put on some clothing or accessory occasionally, it is important that the dog don’t get stressed in the process.

The key to making it enjoyable for your dog to wear something is very simple - build positive associations, make it a fun process, ensure it’s a good fit and does not cause physical discomfort.

Though most of the times it’s for fun, sometimes accessories can have a utilitarian role.

When Vanilla was about 4 months old, she met her first friend Ceasar - a handsome golden retriever puppy about almost the same age as vanilla.

They met almost every weekend to play and said a hello to each other on every walk. Ceasar had even run away from@home once and turned up at our doorstep!

Today, this sweet boi crossed the rainbow bridge and we still in disbelief. We met him just two days ago and he was his usual goofy self. We will miss him so much.
