Browine a mixed breed canine 11 years old presented in an emergency with history of hernia and severe difficulty while passing urine and stools. After performing diagnostics he was diagnosed with perineal hernia and rectal prolapse and need an immediate medical intervention and surgical correction. X-ray and abdominal ultrasound shows prostate enlargement as well. Presurgical diagnostics immediately performed followed by two surgeries. Considering his age and earlier medical history anaesthetic protocols followed. Castration performed and placement of prosthetic mesh at perianal hernia sight. Special diet for gastrointestinal issues has been instructed. Feline Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM) is a condition that causes the muscular walls of a cat’s heart to thicken, decreasing the heart’s efficiency and sometimes creating symptoms in other parts of the body. Many cats with HCM do not appear to be ill. Others may show signs of congestive heart failure, including labored or rapid breathing, open-mouthed breathing, and lethargy.
