When I, Bunardo da Binky, celebrated artist, inventor, and all around Renaissance Rabbit, first arrived at the home of my new patrons, I was presented with a wholly uninspired setup of the most rudimentary nature - a drab and flimsy little container openly bestrewn with hay.
The thought of going on about my personal business in plain view, while ensconced in soiled refuse no less, was entirely unsuitable to a bunny of my renown. Therefore, I immediately set upon designing an entirely new type of lagomorphic domicile, where I could conduct myself in privacy and comfort.
For nourishment, I engineered a partitioned chamber to provide a steady supply of unsullied hay and my preferred variety of pelletized cuisine. My patrons-to-be were obviously impressed with my bold ingenuity, but nevertheless insisted I alter my clever design so that only they could dispense the pellets at their sole discretion - as though I were suddenly incapable of rationing my own meals!
