Excipients: sodium hydroxide, lactic acid, benzalkonium chloride, trilon B, sodium chloride, water for injection.
Ciprofloxacin belongs to the fluoroquinolone group. The mechanism of ciprofloxacin action is to inhibit the DNA-gyrase of bacteria, thereby impeding the process of DNA replication, as well as to violate the integrity of the bacterial cell membrane, which leads to its death.

Dexamethasone is a synthetic glucocorticosteroid with pronounced anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic and anti-exudative activity, with a rapid onset and a slight duration of action.
Dexamethasone stabilizes the cell membranes, reduces the permeability of the blood capillaries, and shows an anti-exudative effect due to the stabilization of the lysosome
